Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel assignment in Naperville, Illinois. The CVOR RN will work in the cardiovascular operating room, covering 8-hour day shifts for a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week.

Requirements include 18 months of acute care surgery experience, active RN license, nursing degree, and BLS/ACLS as needed. Travel benefits include housing options, weekly pay, credentialing fees covered, and insurance.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Surgery setting.
• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical patient care before, during and after surgery.
• Serve as patient educator, circulating nurse or scrub nurse.
• Circulating OR nurses work outside the sterile field.
• Scrub OR nurses handle and prepare operating instruments and equipment.
