Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel CVOR RN for a 13-week assignment in Saint Louis, MO. The role offers 40 hours per week, night shifts, and a pathway to competitive pay and benefits.

As a CVOR RN, you will assist the surgical team, maintain sterile technique, and coordinate post-surgical patient care. Strong communication and bedside skills are essential for success in this travel assignment.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CVOR RN experience.
• Current valid RN license in MO.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency in Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic surgical procedures and CVOR nursing.
• Prepare the operating room for the patient and procedure.
• Assemble equipment, supplies, medications, and implants for procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia team to deliver coordinated care.
• Position patients safely and ensure sterile technique throughout surgery.
• Provide post-surgical care coordination and handoff to recovery.
