Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CVOR RN for a 13-week assignment in Austin, TX. This role includes 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, with competitive compensation and full benefits.

You’ll support a dedicated clinical team and have opportunities to enhance patient outcomes in a fast-paced surgical environment. The CVOR RN will bring one year of CVOR experience, hold a current RN license, and maintain BLS certification, with ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CVOR RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to CVOR patients during surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain Cardiovascular operating room equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perfusionists for safe patient care.
• Document specimens and coordinate post-surgical patient handoff to recovery.
