Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel CVOR RN for a 12-week assignment in Gainesville, FL. The role includes 40 hours per week, days, in a cardiovascular operating room setting with community hospital support.

Your duties involve direct patient care during surgery, sterile technique, and close collaboration with the surgical team to ensure optimal outcomes and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CVOR RN.
• Active RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care during surgical procedures.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and staff for patient safety.
• Prepare OR, assemble supplies, and ensure sterility and readiness.
• Support post-surgical care and handoff to recovery.
