Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a 13-week assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role requires 2–4 years CV experience, IN license and BLS, with 12-hour days and 36 hours per week at Lutheran Hospital.

The travel position includes complex cardiovascular cases (CABG, AVR, MVR) and thoracic procedures, with a 1:1 patient ratio and Cerner EMR. Schedule features every 5th weekday and weekend; block schedule not available.

Qualifications

• Circulate complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases
• Experience with CABG, valve procedures and aortic surgeries
• Proficiency with ECMO, VADs and robotic thoracotomy is preferred

Responsibilities

• Circulate complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases (CABG, AVR, MVR, aortic procedures)
• Support carotid endarterectomy and AV fistula interventions as needed
• Operate within a 1:1 patient ratio in a 4-OR suite environment
