Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) position in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This travel assignment requires 2-4 years CV OR experience and IN or compact RN licensure.

You will work days, 4x10s, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with call one night per week and every 6th weekend. No floating required; Cerner EMR used. Assignment length is 13 weeks with 1 opening.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of CV OR (cardiovascular operating room) experience required.
• Active RN license in Indiana or a compact license required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Circulates complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgical cases.
• Open Heart Surgery unit with 4 OR suites and 1:1 patient ratio.
• Day shift 6:30 AM–5:00 PM with call one night per week and every 6th weekend.
