Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Indianapolis, Indiana. The position is a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week, day shifts, in the CVOR specialty.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recent acute care experience, BLS, and the ability to handle the fast-paced cardiothoracic operating room environment. Travel nurses will circulate for a variety of procedures and support the care team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Additional certifications may be required before starting.
• Travel nurse assignment for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week.
• Shift: 10 hours, days; CVOR specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional CVOR care during cardiothoracic surgeries.
• Circulate for procedures and assist physician.
• Maintain aseptic technique and coordinate sterile environment.
• Monitor vitals and administer medications.
• Ensure proper handling of specimens.
