Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR experience preferred.
• 18 months PERM CVOR experience required.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at submission time.
• Strong references from recent CVOR assignments (within 12 months).
• ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate completed with acceptable score.
