• Local Residency Policy: IN residents are considered local; Eligible local travelers will be offered the in-state rate at lower bill rate
• Floating Requirement for All Travelers: Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital(s) nearby
• Background Policy: Must be noted prior to submission for approval
• Travel Eligibility Reset Policy:
• Out-of-state residents: 3 month/90 day break to reset eligibility prior to the traveler's year mark
• In-state residents: 6 month/180 day break to reset eligibility prior to the traveler's year mark
• IU Health Policy:
• Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities (exceptions for Periop/OR RNs, Allied, and Ambulatory RN travelers)
