American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for CVICU in Reston, VA, on a 13-week travel assignment with 36 hours per week and nights (12-hour shifts). Start date 01/05/2026. Requires VA or compact RN license and recent CVICU experience.

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Includes travel per diem, licensure reimbursements, and comprehensive benefits. Pay packages are aligned with 12-hour shifts and a tax-free stipend may apply.

Qualifications

• Active VA or compact RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent CVICU experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the last 12 months.
• Must submit nursing license verification through NURSYS.
• ICU/critical care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work in the CVICU within a hospital critical care setting.
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• 13-week assignment.
• Care for critically ill cardiovascular patients.
• Provide advanced critical care to cardiovascular patients in an ICU environment.
• Documentation of skills checklist and references required for consideration.
