The coordinator is the key point of contact for participant communications in the management of all participant travel, logistical details, and expense reimbursements for clinical trials. The coordinator is responsible for supporting the team of clinical trial Project Managers by participant tracking and record keeping.

Essential Duties
  1. Key contact for trial participants regarding ground transportation, air travel, and hotel accommodations
  2. Manages travel and transportation budget for trial participants
  3. Participates in discussions with vendors and internal team members regarding trial participant requirements
  4. Supports hospital or clinical staff relating to trial participant enrollments and visit schedules
  5. Promptly responds to all inquiries of the trial participants and hospital/clinical staff
  6. Contributes to managing projects to profitable level through efficient work process
Experience/Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  2. Minimum 2 years of travel industry and/or customer service experience required
  3. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  4. Knowledge of Smartsheet and SharePoint preferred
  5. Bilingual required: French - English
  6. Other languages preferred.
