GRBS Inc. seeks Traveling Custodial Support Team Members to service Tri-County, Lakeview, and Cadillac Schools. Daily cleaning across multiple buildings, with flexibility for last-minute site changes.

You will travel with a team, maintain high cleanliness standards, and lead with integrity. Schedule is 6:30am-3:00pm, up to 40 hours per week, with pay at $20.00/hour plus mileage. Benefits include holidays, vacation time, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but the candidate should be reliable and customer-focused.
• Must have valid ID and be 18+ years old.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day.
• Background restrictions apply per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to school district accounts as part of a team.
• Perform cleaning tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restrooms, trash removal.
• Snow removal and other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Lead and train team members; communicate with customers.
• Complete building quality walkdowns and report issues.

This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Candidates MUST have valid Auto Insurance.

What does this job look like:

Traveling Custodial Support Team Members will travel to school district accounts with an additional support need. Each day can be covering in a different building or account. The ideal candidate has flexibility to go to different locations and can do so with last minute notice for urgent unexpected needs.

Traveling Custodial Support Team Members will perform the following duties while working each day:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
• Snow removal
• Coach and train team members
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Communicate with customers
• Complete building Quality Walkdowns

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following opportunity available serving Tri-County, Lakeview, and Cadillac Schools:

• 6:30am-3:00pm
• Up to 40 hours per week
• Hours may vary based on call-offs and additional support needs

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour plus mileage!
