Job summary

Qualifications

• Cardiothoracic surgical technologist experience required.
• Minimum travel experience of 1 year total.
• EPIC or Cerner experience within the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Work in the CVOR unit of a hospital setting.
• Day shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Monday through Friday schedule.
• No call required.
• 13-week assignment length.
• Uses EPIC EMR system.
• Support cardiothoracic surgical procedures within the CVOR.
• Candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius of the facility to be considered, with exceptions for LVNs/MAs.
• Candidates on assignment in San Diego for 9+ months or longer are considered local and not eligible.
• No gaps in travel experience within the last 6 months are permitted, except for minimal pre-approved vacations or brief onboarding/relocation periods of 2-3 weeks.
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position.
• Returning staff or travelers must wait 1 year after their last assignment before reapplying.
• Maximum of 7 days RTO allowed, with no additional RTO requests permitted after submission.
• Interview availability required, including specific days, times, and time zone.
