Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Surgical Tech for the Cardiovascular Operating Room at our partner facilities in Indianapolis. The role focuses on assisting with complex cardiovascular procedures and preparing pump lines for cannulation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of surgical tech experience, especially in vascular and thoracic cases, with a valid license and certifications (BLS, NBSTSAS). Weekend shifts and travel within the network may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience; Level 1 Trauma Center experience required.
• Must have a valid license prior to start date.
• BLS and NBSTSAS certifications required.
• Call requirement of 90-120 hours in a 6-week schedule.
• Travel experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive pump lines from perfusion and prepare them for cannulation.
• Assist in listed cardiovascular procedures and cases.
• Be willing to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate locations.
• Adhere to call schedules and other operational policies; weekend shifts required.
