Job summary

GHR Healthcare seeks a Travel CT Technologist / X-Ray Technologist for Alturas, CA. Join an on-site imaging team performing CT, diagnostic radiography, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, and ED studies.

40 hours weekly on a 13-week contract, evenings 3:30 pm–midnight with rotating call, in a rural northern California setting. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in diagnostic imaging, CRT in Radiography/Fluoroscopy, and ARRT in Radiologic Technology and CT.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of diagnostic imaging experience.
• CRT certification in Radiography and Fluoroscopy.
• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and CT.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations per established imaging protocols and safety standards.
• Conduct diagnostic radiography, fluoroscopy, and portable imaging procedures.
• Provide imaging services for ED patients and other hospital areas.
• Prepare patients, verify orders, explain procedures and ensure comfort.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, report equipment concerns.
• Produce high-quality images and document procedures accurately.
• Respond to call assignments and support timely imaging coverage.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and care team.
