MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Rock Island, Illinois. The role offers 40 hours per week in a hospital setting, with travel-focused benefits and credentialing support.

Your ARRT/ASRT certification and licensure readiness are essential, along with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. The position emphasizes safe imaging practices, patient positioning, and close coordination with radiology staff.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
• Set controls of related equipment, monitor, and adjust as needed.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, starting IVs, and contrast injections if applicable.
• Dispense oral contrast for CT scans.
• Assist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images.
• Schedule patients and assist with clerical tasks.
• Charge procedures and supplies to patient records.
• Load and operate power injections for contrast media.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment aligned with patient safety initiatives.
