Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a contract in Nogales, Arizona. This Allied Health role offers 36 hours per week on a 12-week assignment, with start date pending. Travel/CT tech experience required, ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification preferred, and licensure as applicable.

You will perform CT imaging, position patients, and assist radiologists in procedures, while enjoying weekly pay, housing options, and full credentialing support through MedPro.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
• Set controls, monitor equipment and patient, make adjustments as necessary.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, IVs and contrast administration when applicable.
• Dispense oral contrast and assist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images properly.
• Schedule procedures and assist with some clerical functions.
• Charge procedures to the patient record and ensure safe, compassionate care.
