Job summary

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Dothan, Alabama. The position involves nights shifts, 12-hour rotations, with a total of 36 hours per week, and requires ARRT registration and CT experience.

The candidate will work under Radiologist supervision performing CT exams with and without contrast and CTA 3D reconstructions. Ideal candidates will have 2 years CT experience, MT/ARRT credentials (CT not required), and be licensed as a general radiographer in

Qualifications

• 2 years CT experience.
• ARRT CT certification not required.
• Graduate of AMA-accredited school and ARRT registered.
• Licensed by the state as a general radiographer.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures and OR imaging services.
• Demonstrate proficiency in routine CT scanning including brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities and biopsy/drainage procedures.
• Understand CT system operation, sterile technique, contrast media studies and cross sectional anatomy.
