TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Dothan, Alabama. The position requires 1 year of CT experience, ARRT (CT) certification, BLS, and applicable state licensing.

The CT Tech will operate CT equipment, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality imaging for physician interpretation. The role involves 12-hour night shifts, travel compensation, and a tax-free stipend structure.

Formación

• 1 year CT experience
• BLS and ARRT CT certification
• State licensing as required for practice

Responsabilidades

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures to patients, providing reassurance
• Interpret doctors' instructions correctly
• Position patients for scans
• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Administer radiocontrast agents as needed
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
• Follow radiation safety procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Understand and use the McKesson PACS system
