Supplemental Health Care, Inc. is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Greeley, Colorado. This 13-week contract offers nights on 12-hour shifts, with a 36-hour workweek and potential extension based on performance.

The ideal candidate will have ARRT certification, a radiography license, and CT imaging experience. A strong knowledge of CT protocols and patient safety is essential for success in this travel opportunity.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
