Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Columbus, Ohio. The role requires 18 months of CT experience and ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification; licensure may be required by state law.

You will work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, traveling to top healthcare facilities across the nation. The position offers comprehensive benefits, housing options, weekly pay, credentialing support, and a supportive on-site clinical team through MedPro

Qualifications

Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
Must hold ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification.
Most states require licensure.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

Position patients for CT scans with immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
Set controls of CT equipment, monitor equipment and patient, making adjustments as necessary.
Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, starting IVs, and injecting contrast if applicable.
Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans.
Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, label and sequence images.
Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical tasks.
Charge procedures and supplies to the patient record.
Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration.
Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment.
