MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Cincinnati, Ohio. This 13-week assignment requires 36 hours per week with a 12-hour night shift, and offers comprehensive benefits and travel-related perks through MedPro Staffing.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech
• Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified
• Most states require licensure
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Position CT technologists, operate CT equipment and generate cross-sectional images
• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment
• Set controls, monitor equipment and patient, making adjustments as necessary
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, start IVs and inject contrast if applicable
• Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images
• Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical tasks
• Charge procedures and supplies to the patient record
• Load and operate power injections for contrast media
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner
• Maintain a safe work environment focused on patient safety
