Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Carlsbad, New Mexico. The role requires 18 months CT experience, ARRT/ASRT certification, and licensure as needed. You will operate CT equipment, assist radiologists, and ensure high-quality imaging while working 12-hour night shifts on a 36-hour week.

Qualifications

• 18 months of CT Tech experience in a healthcare setting.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification is required.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans and ensure immobilization as needed (12-hour shifts).
• Set controls and monitor CT equipment and patient during procedures.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and contrast administration if applicable.
• Evaluate image quality and label/collate images properly.
• Schedule procedures and assist with clerical tasks and record-keeping.
