Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a travel CT Technologist for a 30-week assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The role requires 1 year of CT experience, BLS, ARRT CT certification, and state licensing where required.

You will perform CT imaging, position patients, review requests, and ensure radiation safety on 10-hour night shifts over 35 hours per week. This travel assignment offers weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and benefits through TotalMed Allied.

Qualifications

• 1 year CT technologist experience required.
• BLS certification and ARRT CT certification with CT registration.
• State licensing where required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests.
• Explain imaging procedures to patients and provide reassurance.
• Position patients for scans and operate CT equipment.
• Capture diagnostic CT images with high technical quality.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as needed for clarity.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain records.
• Utilize McKesson PACS to manage images.
• Ensure accurate patient documentation.
