TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for an immediate travel opening in Lone Tree, CO. The CT Tech must have 1 year of experience and ARRT (CT) certification, BLS, and state licensing as required.

Position includes 13-week duration, 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts, and travel employment. As CT Tech, you will operate CT equipment, ensure accurate images, prep patients, and support physicians with imaging results.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience.
• Must have BLS, ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography, and state-specific licensing when required.
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Responsabilités

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures to patients, providing reassurance and support as required.
• Correctly interpret doctors' written instructions.
• Position patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.
• Use CT equipment to capture diagnostic images of internal organs and tissues.
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility.
• Evaluate CT scans for image quality.
• Follow safety procedures when working with radiation.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Understand and use the McKesson PACS system.
