Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Largo, Florida. The role offers nights, a 40-hour work week, and a strong patient-care focus as part of a partnered hospital imaging team.

Requirements include an ARRT Radiography certification (CT preferred), an accredited Radiologic Technology degree, active state licensure if applicable, and 1–2 years of radiology experience with CT imaging. CEU opportunities and SHC support are included.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
