Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel role in Gainesville, FL. The assignment is 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, providing imaging services at a partnering hospital.

Qualifications include ARRT in Radiography, CT preferred, and BLS; 1–2 years radiology experience with CT preferred. Travel benefits, competitive pay, and comprehensive health coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans for technical quality.
