Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Tucson, AZ. The role involves 40 hours per week with night shifts, supporting imaging services across a hospital setting.

The candidate should have 18 months of CT experience, ARRT CT or ASRT certification, and be eligible for licensure where required. Travel credentials, housing assistance, and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification is required.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
• Set controls and monitor equipment and patient, making adjustments as needed.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, starting IVs and injecting contrast when applicable.
• Distribute oral contrast to patients for CT scans.
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for quality and label images appropriately.
• Schedule procedures and assist with clerical tasks.
• Charge procedures and supplies to patient records.
• Operate power injections for contrast media administration.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe and patient-focused environment and support national patient safety initiatives.
