Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited AMA school.
• Registered with the ARRT as Radiologic Technologist.
• Licensed by the state as a general radiographer.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of two years of CT imaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures while following departmental protocols.
• Demonstrate knowledge of CT system processing and sterile procedures.
• Administer contrast media for studies with or without contrast as required.
• Maintain understanding of cross-sectional anatomy relevant to CT studies.
• Initiate and maintain intravenous (IV) access as necessary.
