Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Iowa City, Iowa. The position offers a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week and night shifts at a partnering hospital, providing both professional growth and rewarding patient care.

Ideal candidates hold an ARRT certification and an accredited Radiologic Technology degree, with 1–2 years radiologic tech experience and active state licensure. BLS is required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• CT imaging experience required or strongly preferred.
• Radiologic Technology degree from an accredited program.
• ARRT (R) certification; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and obtain cooperation.
• Maintain radiation safety practices and monitor exposure.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and accuracy.
