Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Montgomery, AL. The role includes 10-hour night shifts (4x10s), 40 hours per week, with a Level II Trauma Center setting and ARRT-CT certification required.

ARRT certification and BLS are required; state license preferred. The travel position opens one opening for 13 weeks, with potential for orientation and unit-wide shifts. An on-site stay includes a stipend and housing options.

Qualifications

• BLS and ARRT required.
• ARRT-CT required for CT Tech role.
• State license preferred if applicable.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; first-time travelers with at least 2 years considered.
• Angiogram experience required.
• Stroke perfusion experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with biopsy drainage and trauma cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging including biopsy drainage, trauma, angiogram, and stroke perfusion procedures.
• Orientation includes one 8-hour hospital orientation followed by 2-3 shifts on the unit with another tech on dayshift.
• Holiday coverage for one major and one minor seasonal holiday per policy; dates may not be guaranteed.
