Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Melbourne, FL. The role requires 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, with the opportunity to work with a dedicated radiology team and contribute to high-quality patient imaging.

You will operate CT equipment, position patients safely, and ensure accurate image acquisition while following radiation safety protocols. A valid radiology license and ARRT certification are preferred, with BLS required.

Qualifications

• One year of CT technologist experience.
• Current radiology license per state regulations.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images.
• Position patients safely and explain the imaging process.
• Set technical parameters to optimize anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Follow radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CT equipment.
• Document imaging parameters and patient information accurately.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
• Perform other duties within CT Tech scope.
