Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel CT Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Orange Park, Florida. The role involves operating CT equipment, preparing patients, and ensuring image quality for radiologists, with nights and 12-hour shifts. The ideal candidate has 1 year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS certification; ARRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ARRT Certification (preferred).
• Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures and position them for safety and image accuracy.
• Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
