Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Columbia, SC. The role requires 18 months of CT experience, ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification, and state licensure where required.

You will work 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, as part of a travel assignment with housing options and weekly pay. This position offers full benefits, credentialing fee coverage, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech
• Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified
• Most states require licensure
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
• Set controls of CT equipment and monitoring devices, adjust as needed
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and injections of contrast when applicable
• Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images correctly
• Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical tasks
• Charge procedures and supplies to patient records
• Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment with timely, compassionate care
• Promote safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment
