Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a night shift assignment in Michigan. Requires ARRT CT certification, minimum 2 years of CT experience, and experience with GE, Siemens, and PACS systems, plus Epic EMR proficiency.

This opportunity involves 8 CT rooms, 3x12 hour nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), and requires handling a range of procedures from CTA to spine imaging. Local candidates welcomed at the posted pay rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CT Technologist experience required.
• ARRT CT certification required.
• Experience with GE, PACS, and Siemens equipment required.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Michigan state license required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Radiology/CT department serving adult and geriatric patients.
• 8 CT rooms with a 1:2 patient ratio.
• Night shift, 3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Uses GE and Siemens CT equipment along with PACS.
• Epic charting system required.
• Performs coronary CTA, vascular CTA, brain perfusion, biopsies, aspirations, and drainage studies.
• Head and neck imaging including carotid, sinus, and soft tissue neck studies.
• Spine and musculoskeletal imaging including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar studies.
• Chest imaging including calcium scoring, coronary angiography, and pulmonary embolism studies.
• Abdomen and pelvis imaging including enterography and colorectal studies with rectal contrast.
• Contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety, and peripheral IV starts.
• Image display and post-processing including multiplanar reconstruction and ROI measurement.
• Former Michigan Medicine employees cannot apply if employed there within the last 12 months.
• Permanent staff may return as travelers after a one-year separation.
