Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT-R certification to float among five area hospitals in New Jersey. The role includes a 10-hour night shift and a rotating schedule across Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL facilities.

Requirements include ARRT-R and BLS certifications, NJ X-ray license, with ACLS and ARRT CT certifications preferred. Prior experience with CT modalities and contrast administration is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• NJ X-ray license required, if applicable.
• ACLS and ARRT CT certifications preferred.
• Experience with 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and region of interest measurement preferred.
• Experience with abdomen, pelvis, head, neck, spine, musculoskeletal, and chest CT studies.
• Experience with vascular CTA and cardiac CT (calcium scoring, coronary angiography) preferred.
• Skilled in preparation and administration of contrast media.
• Peripheral IV starts and venipuncture skills preferred.
• Experience in Level I and/or Level II Trauma Center settings preferred.
• Adult outpatient and acute care setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Night shift, 4x10 hours, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Floating required among five hospitals within skillset (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL).
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.
• Will need to rotate between Voorhees and Marlton locations.
• GE imaging equipment used.
• First-time travelers will be considered though not preferred.
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the assigned facility are subject to the local pay rate.
• RTO must be submitted at time of profile submission; requests after submission will not be accepted.
• No RTO permitted during the first week of the assignment.
• Block scheduling is not permitted.
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions.
• Must be clean shaven for fit testing prior to working on the unit.
• Pre-employment labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing.
