Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Lewiston, ME. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and collaborate with radiologists to ensure high-quality diagnostic images during 12-hour night shifts on a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Requirements include one year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS certification; ARRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures and position them safely.
• Set appropriate technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the hospital system.
