Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Bakersfield, California. The role features nights, 40 hours per week, and a travel employment structure with potential extension.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT certification, an accredited Radiologic Technology degree, and state licensure where applicable, with 1–2 years of RT experience and CT imaging proficiency. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; prior CT imaging preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment for patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensuring radiation safety and patient comfort.
• Evaluating CT scans for technical quality.
