Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a CT Technologist for a 26-week travel assignment in Mishawaka, Indiana. The CT Tech will operate imaging equipment, prepare patients, set parameters, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver diagnostic-quality images.

The role requires one year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS certification. ARRT certification is preferred. Travel benefits and per diem are often offered by Fusion Medical Staffing.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ARRT certification preferred; other licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures and explain the imaging process.
• Set appropriate technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the hospital system.
