Qualifications
- One year of CT Technologist experience.
- Valid radiology license in accordance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
- Prepare and position patients; explain the imaging process.
- Set technical parameters to optimize anatomy visualization.
- Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CT equipment.
- Document imaging parameters and patient information in the system.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians for timely diagnostics.
- Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
