Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week contract in Hilo, Hawaii. The role requires independence in an acute hospital setting, with a focus on CT imaging, venipuncture, and advanced imaging procedures. Holiday coverage is anticipated; start date 12/07/2026.

Candidates must hold Hawaii radiologic licensure, ARRT-CT, and BLS, plus vaccination proof or approved exception. Travel pay package and tax-free stipend are discussed upon offer.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute hospital setting.
Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license (radiographer) current.
ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) current.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required prior to contract start date.

Responsibilities

Perform routine CT scans according to radiologist protocols.
Independently manage imaging tasks without supervision.
Utilize Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation.
Conduct venipuncture and perform advanced imaging procedures such as MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging.
Assist with procedures including biopsies, drainages, and vascular or cardiac imaging.
Handle trauma and stroke imaging as required.
