Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week contract in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. The position requires ARRT certification, an accredited Radiologic Technology degree, and CT imaging experience with 36 hours per week on day shifts.

Travel status applies, with a ASAP start date and potential extension. You will perform CT imaging, ensure image quality, protect patients with proper radiation practices, and support the imaging team in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed ARRT certification in Radiography; CT certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate computed tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and maintain patient comfort
• Ensure radiation safety practices and quality of CT images
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
