MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Liberty, Missouri. This 13-week contract requires 40 hours per week with 10-hour night shifts.

ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification is required, with at least 18 months of CT experience and licensure in most states. The position offers travel-paying assignments through a Joint Commission-certified agency, with comprehensive credentials support, housing options, health coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 18 months CT Tech experience in a health care setting.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
• Position patients for CT scans with immobilization and protective equipment as needed.
• Set controls, monitor equipment and patient, adjust as necessary.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and IVs or contrast if applicable.
• Dispense oral contrast for CT scans.
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label appropriately.
