Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Des Moines, IA. This travel role offers exposure to diverse imaging environments, competitive hourly pay, and benefits supported by a nationwide clinical team.

You will operate CT equipment, assist radiologists, ensure patient safety, and maintain high-quality imaging while adapting to different facilities and protocols. Travel compensation includes per diem and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare and position patients, ensure safety and image quality.
• Set technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Document imaging parameters and patient information accurately.
