Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Mason City, IA. You will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and work closely with radiologists to deliver high-quality diagnostic images.

Requirements include one year of CT experience, a valid Radiology license, and current BLS certification. Preferred ARRT certification; travel benefits and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross‑sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients, explain the imaging process, and position them safely.
• Set technical parameters to optimize anatomy and pathology visibility.
• Provide high‑quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine CT equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely service.
