Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Hendersonville, Tennessee. This role offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour days in a hospital setting, starting ASAP.

The ideal candidate has an ARRT certification and radiography license, plus 1–2 years of radiology experience, with CT imaging experience strongly preferred. A BS/AS degree in Radiologic Technology and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT CT certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (ACLS preferred)
• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Responsibilities

• Using computed tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort with radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans for technical quality
