Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist and current CT certification in Washington, DC. The candidate should have ARRT registration, CPR certification, and be able to start IVs and administer contrast media.

The role operates in the main Imaging Department with a Tuesday–Friday 1:00 PM–11:30 PM schedule. Toshiba CT scanner experience is preferred, and travel assignments include housing allowances and licensure

Qualifications

• ARRT registration and CT certification required.
• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Radiologic Technologist.
• Current CPR certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• Must be able to start IVs and administer contrast media.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners in the Imaging Department per physician orders.
• Schedule: Tue–Fri, 1:00 PM–11:30 PM.
• Experience with Toshiba scanners preferred.
• Travel assignments with housing and licensure reimbursements.

• Comparable facility size experience required based on assignment location
• Accepts local candidates at the same rate for most facilities
• Strong candidates preferred for main hospital assignments
