Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment requiring ARRT certification and Siemens scanner experience. BLS, CRT, and California Venipuncture certs are required, with EPIC/Cerner exposure in the last 6 months. A licensure if applicable is needed.

Responsibilities include operating the CT department, rotating 3x12 hour day shifts from 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM, and covering weekend shifts. Local candidates within 100 miles are not eligible.

Qualifications

• ARRT, BLS, CRT, and Venipuncture certifications required.
• Epic or Cerner experience within last 6 months required.
• Siemens scanner experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner in hospital setting.
• Schedule 3x12 hour day shifts 11:30 AM–12:00 AM.
• Provide weekend coverage (Sat/Sun 7:00 AM–7:00 PM).
• Assist with additional mid-shift coverage (Tue or Fri 10:00–22:30 or 11:30–00:00).
• No call requirements, support travel staff as needed.

Requirements

• ARRT certification required

• EPIC or combined EPIC/Cerner experience within the last 6 months required
• License required if applicable
• 1+ year of total travel experience required, with 6+ months continuous travel experience leading up to submission
• 1.5+ years continuous experience in CT specialty required
• 1 supervisory level reference required

Responsibilities

• CT Scan department within a hospital setting
• 3x12 hour day shifts scheduled from 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM
• Weekend coverage required every Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Additional mid-shift coverage on Tuesday or Friday, either 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM or 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM
• No call requirements
• Interview availability required, including time zone, with same-day and next 3 business day availability preferred
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Returning staff and travelers eligible to return after 1 year
• Maximum 7 days RTO permitted, with no additional RTO requests after submission
• Local candidates within 100 miles of the facility are not eligible
• Candidates on assignment in the San Diego area for 9+ months or more are considered local and are not eligible
