Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist / Rad Tech for a 13-week assignment in California. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of radiology experience and ARRT certification, with an AS degree in Radiologic Technology and current BLS.

California CRT license and active state licensure are required if applicable. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic radiographs and CT scans, with 3x12 hour shifts Friday through Sunday, standby coverage, and potential duties such as scheduling

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiology.
Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology required.
AS degree in Radiologic Technology required.
Current BLS certification required.
California CRT license required if applicable.
State license must be currently active.

Responsibilities

Diagnostic imaging department performing radiographs and CT scans.
3x12 hour shifts Friday through Sunday.
Requires standby and after-hours, weekend, and holiday callback coverage.
Responsible for performing quality radiographs and CT scans while working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Additional duties may include protocolling, scheduling, answering phones, and serving as a resource for insurance-related issues.
