Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a contract assignment in Boston, Massachusetts. The role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a 13-week duration with possible extension.

You will perform CT imaging, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with a hospital team to deliver quality diagnostic care. Candidates should have a Radiologic Technology degree, ARRT certification, a state license if applicable, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1–2 years of radiology

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
